For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. We do not provide washcloths. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay.
