Stay active in the equipped gym or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas. Parking is available for just $20 per night. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will also have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. Walking distance of Reagan National Airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Access to the pool is for registered guests only, with each reservation including two people to be registered. Additional guests can be checked in for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. We only offer one parking space, and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
