The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two queen-size beds in the first room, two queen-size beds in the second room, a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms. Rest and recharge your batteries in our apartment. Enjoy a cozy lounge, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Stay active in the equipped gym or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas. Parking is available for just $20 per night, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will also have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. Walking distance to Reagan National Airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement. We do not provide washcloths. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay.
