The pool is open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. Located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. Walking distance to Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
