The apartment offers a proper design, smartly priced and ready for vacations, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 1st room with 2 queen-size beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and 1 bathroom. Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only 1 parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy a cozy lounge, stay active in the equipped gym, or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. Walking distance to Reagan National Airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests will incur an extra supplement. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A laptop computer is not included. We do not provide washcloths.
