For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. Additional guests require an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only one parking spot is available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
