Parking is available for just $20 per night. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. This area offers the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area and is only minutes from downtown. It's within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking space is offered, and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We do not provide washcloths.
