Stay active in the equipped gym or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas. Parking is available for just $20 per night. You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap for your arrival, including 2 toilet paper rolls and small shampoo and soap. Washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. There is construction work in the Crystal City area, even during the night. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. Only one parking space is offered, and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
