For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. We do not provide washcloths. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
