It's near Reagan National Airport and Potomac Yard, and conveniently close to the ART87P bus line. Additionally, you'll have easy access to the major highways, including Route 1, I-66, I-395, and the George Washington Parkway. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in your reservation to cover any accidental property damage.
