For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, and additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
