The apartment features a large kitchen and dining room, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and two bedrooms. Room 1 includes a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a desk. Room 2 offers a queen-size bed with access to a shared bathroom. Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Immerse yourself in an experience of comfort with access to a cozy lounge with a fireplace, a game room, and a rooftop terrace. Parking is available for $20 per night with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional spot, alternative parking in the area is required. The pool is open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. Anchored at the center of the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, you will be downtown in minutes. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. Bath towels are not provided.
