It features a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room with a TV, and a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Make the most of your stay with a 24/7 gym, business center, and rooftop BBQ. Grab essentials at the lobby shop. Convenient parking is available for an additional $20 per night, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Anchored at the center of the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, you will be downtown in minutes. It is just one block from the Pentagon City subway. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
