Convenient parking is available for an additional $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay, and if you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror and do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A brief guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents and guests.
