Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. When you want to unwind, curl up next to a cozy shared fireplace. Parking is available for just $20 per night. The neighborhood is a lively and vibrant area, with a wealth of commercial and office buildings, as well as public transportation, dining, and shopping options. It also has a thriving arts and cultural scene and several green spaces to enjoy. Located just blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, getting around is convenient and easy. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests are available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We do not provide bath towels. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
