Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. When you want to unwind, curl up next to a cozy shared fireplace. Parking is available for just $20 per night and only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The neighborhood is a lively and vibrant area with a wealth of commercial and office buildings, as well as public transportation, dining, and shopping options. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We do not provide bath towels. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror and do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of our community, we ask that you complete a screening process for the safety and security of all residents and guests. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation.
