Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. During transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot is available per stay, and parking in designated spaces is required to avoid towing. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in the reservation for accidental property damage.
