Relax and recharge in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers a quiet space to concentrate. Parking is available for $20 per night. The pool is open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, located close to Clarendon and Court House, which offer a variety of restaurants. Blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, this location provides easy access to public transportation. A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in the reservation for accidental property damage. Additional guests are charged $10 each. Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
