Hey y'all! My roommate and I are looking for a long-term third roommate for our 2BR/2BA apartment at Virginia Square Towers in Arlington, VA. It's about a 2-minute walk from the Virginia Square/GMU Metro stop, about only 4 stops over from Foggy Bottom. It's a safe neighborhood and the building comes with plenty of amenities like a decked out gym (yoga room/ spin bikes), a business center (free printing), a game room (pool tables, shuffleboard, poker tables, etc.), a pool and an outside grilling area. Additionally, there is a Giant, Trader Joe's, and CVS within walking distance. VST is also super close to all the nightlife (restaurants, bars etc.) in Clarendon and Ballston! The room is the Master bedroom with an attached bathroom. My roommate and I share the other bedroom and bathroom. We also have a washer/dryer inside the apartment for additional convenience. The rent for the room is around $1240 without the utilities, which comes out to be roughly between $40-$50 per month (as the building is LEED certified and environmentally friendly).
