It has a large built in closet and its own private bathroom with walk bath and vanity. The House: The rest of the house is shared and fully furnished, with access to 2 lounges, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The house has a main level lounge and a basement lounge with TV. The house is in a quiet road with private back yard. The Ashburn Farm HOA has 3 pools, tennis courts and many walking trails. Use of these is included in rent, as are all utilities (high speed internet, water, gas, electric). There is 1 driveway parking space and multiple street parking / parking bay options. Driveway parking will be shared by housemates and not reserved for any 1 person. Who lives here? 2 female professionals stay in the 2 bedrooms - both on top floor. Both ladies are professionals. This is a quiet house with no pets please. Smoking will only allowed outside. Rent: Basement Bedroom is $1600 per month, Upper level Bedroom is $1400 per month which includes all utilities (internet, water, gas and electric) and access to all HOA amenities (pools, courts, etc.) 1 months rent security deposit required which is returned upon leaving the property undamaged and with all past rent paid.
