This is a very big master bedroom which has a private, spacious and recently renovated full bathroom, and a spacious closet area. Private thermostat is in the room (for your convenient adjustment). I am looking for 1 person who respects other people. Owner doesn't live there. Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to many parks.
