Petscreening is a mandatory service that will screen your pet. They will provide a Fido score which will determine the pet rent charged based on risk factors. Pet rent ranges from $20-$80/mo. You will submit an application to Petscreening by following the link on our application while filling out the tenant app. Additional Fees: Application Fee - $45 per adult (18 and over) Application turnaround time: 2-3 business days depending on how quickly your references respond to our inquiries.
