I will be providing furniture for room and the common area, including TV, Sofa and Dinning table. Large Open kitchen with granite countertop. Front Porch, backyard and sun deck (with grill and outdoor furniture) are also available. Laundry - washer and dryer in unit. Central A/C + heating, and 1GB speed Internet from Verizon Fios. The rent will NOT cover utilities (water, electric, internet) and utilities will be around $100 per month based on utility statements. Rent will be $1200 + 2 months as security deposit at signing.
