One bedroom, main living area, closets, other rooms. One full bathroom with small shower (no tub). Included in main house central HVAC. Not suitable for smoking of any kind. Electricity included as well as town sanitation. Tenant furnishes internet of choice. Tenant responsible for backyard care unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Prefer no pets but will consider case by case. Pet would require an additional pet deposit. Not great for small children or elderly.
