I have lived in the area for over 30 years and been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. I specialize in first time homebuyers & clients upgrading and downsizing. My knowledge of Frederick County &the surrounding area is vast. This helps immensely when I am pricing listings & making competitive offers with my clients. Much of my business is received from referrals. My experience, integrity and character are what keep my clients coming back to me & referring me to their friends and family. My first record sales achievement award received, from the local realtor association board, was the Rookie of the Year Award my first year. I have continued to receive awards every year since. In 2005 I was awarded the Sales Volume Award, and President’s Award. I continually won the President’s Award from 2005-2008 at which time I then was eligible for a higher honor in the Hall of Fame. My sales and volume numbers have continued to place me in the Hall of Fame each year since being inducted. In my free time I enjoy reading, TV mini series, wine tasting and spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy participating in community outreach programs through the local real estate board and Church. Keeping up with education and building relationships throughout the community are an important part of my business that also directly helps my clients.
