This home is newly remodeled with Fresh Interior Paint, New Flooring, New HVAC system, New Roof, All New Windows, New Kitchen (with all New Appliances, Cabinets and Quartz Counter Top). There is a tall privacy board fence around the back yard and a large storage shed. This home has a full unfinished basement for storage. Clean credit and background would mean a $2,000 deposit plus one month rent due up front ($4,450). Less than clean credit and/or background would mean a higher deposit. That amount would be determined by the nature of the item(s). If you’re concerned about either or both, feel free to discuss them with me before applying for the property.
