A generous dining room invites shared meals, and with two gas grillsone poolside and the other on the third level near the kitchenoutdoor cooking becomes a breeze. This home is laden with amenities that will make you feel at home away from home. On the first floor, discover two bedroomsone with a king bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one queen) and a sleeper sofa. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed. Lastly, a fourth-floor \"escape\" room with a large deck and a fantastic view can serve as an office or an additional guest bedroom. Access a large garage filled with various beach items for your enjoyment during your stay. The house boasts eight flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a billiard table, a Foosball table, games, books, and more, ensuring there\'s never a dull moment. City health regulations stipulate an occupancy limit of three persons per bedroom, emphasizing the flexibility of bedding configurations for optimal sleeping arrangements.
