Beaches, medical facilities, interstate, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a 2nd floor unit with a spacious balcony and beautiful water views! Perfect for those moments you want to relax for a while. Some utilities are included - gas for your heating, hot water and cooking, as well as water are included. You are responsible for electricity. Coin operated laundry on site. Application fee is $50 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit is equal to one months rent minus our one time, non-refundable $350.00 Administrative Fee. Small pets allowed with some weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a onetime, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet. Please note: -We only do in person showings. -Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person. -To schedule a showing please select from one of our available show times. If you are unable to select a time then the showings have all been booked for that day. -Once you have scheduled a showing you will receive another confirmation from ShowMojo when the showing time gets closer. If you do not confirm the appointment at that time then the showing will be automatically canceled by ShowMojo. -We are not available on the weekends to accept show times.
