Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a full jack-and-jill bathroom. Driveway parking. Fenced in backyard with covered patio and storage closet. Close to local amenities: Shopping, interstate, beaches, medical, bases, restaurants! Move-in ready now!! Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit & one-time Non-refundable Administrative Fee: Both are due once the application is approved, the Security Deposit (which is typically equal to one month’s rent minus the one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee) and the $350.00 non-refundable Administrative Fee are due and must be received to take the property off the market. Small pets allowed with weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a one time, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet.
