Everything is included in the rent except T.V., there is a T.V. but you would have to bring your own adapter or whatever you wanted to use if you for whatever reason watched a lot of T.V. The concept of the place is easy to move in and leave at anytime. No Pets and not really a place for someone with special needs. This is a Private community with Private Police and Private Firefighters on site, so because it is private it has a few stairs and is not and does not have to be wheelchair compatible, so with all do respect to handicap people, this is not the place for you. This is the place for someone trying to escape an insane situation or crazy spouse for a while.
