Snow removal, and maintenance of the front and back yard is the responsibility of the tenant. The Basement is not available. It is currently being rented by someone who is renovating it. They don't live there and rarely doing work. The upper 2 floors have the garage and driveway. There are stairs in the back that go to the basement which is the entrance to that space.
