We just have this one home that we rent. "Kelly's Home" is important to us, and we want tenants who treat it as their home too, and will tell us if anything goes wrong so we can get it fixed straight away. This home in the historic Columbia neighborhood is walking distance to downtown, the waterfront & marina, restaurants and nightlife. It is fully furnished including kitchen appliances, dishes etc - move in ready. It is comfortable and colorful, and the location is hard to beat! 2 Bus Lines within 2 blocks - Route 3 and Route 232 (Green Line). Please note: There's a Basement Studio with all the same features described above but has separate entrance, and is separately rented. The Basement Studio is below the 4BR/2BA home. The garage isn't included as part of the rentals.
