Available Early September, WWU students looking for to share their house with fellow students and are offering a one year lease. The house is very spacious with tons of natural light and has 4 rooms available. Offering two rooms at $750 and two rooms at $775. Flat rate utility fee of $75 for water/sewer/electricity/internet. Shared common spaces are kitchen, two large living rooms, 2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. - To hold the unit while app is being processed: holding deposit (25%)of security deposit(same as rent) - To apply: $50 app fee - All tenants must submit applications. If income isn't 3x the rent and credit score above 600 (common for students) tenants must have co-signers. $50 co-signer fee - Once approved and lease is signed: Pre-pay First month's rent $750-$775 + $100 admin fee + $50 nonrefundable carpet cleaning (if applicable) -At move-in: Balance of Deposit (75%)
