The bedrooms have comfortable bedding with abundant extra pillows and blankets. We furnished and supplied the house to how we would want if we are staying there. The living room is open to the dining area for an open and casual feel. There is a 65-inch 4K Smart TV in the living room that you can use to log into your streaming accounts to kick back for hours on the huge leather sofa with your feet up on the ottoman. The cozy 3 bedroom house has a 3/4 bath in the primary bedroom and a large full bathroom in the hallway. All windows have blinds and curtains. The French door in the kitchen does not. We can install blinds if desired. Parking details: 2 spaces in gravel driveway in front. The listed rental price is for the current month. The rate adjusts seasonally. Amenities included: central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, updated bathroom, storage, washer dryer, balcony, and free wifi. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet, and water. Is pet friendly. $3,450/month rent. $1,500 security deposit required. This home is fully furnished for Month to Month rental. Rent includes utilities. There are no additional taxes in addition.
