Large primary off of the living space has an attached office and luxury private bath with soaking tub and shower as well. The loft offers additional space plus a bedroom with built in bunk beds and an additional bath. Furniture in the loft must stay. Rent includes all utilities, HOA dues, landscaping, and plowing. $40 application fee per adult application, no smoking, furniture can stay if needed. Call for more information or appointment to view.
