Close to the SeaTac airport, grocery stores, gyms, fast food etc. The I-5, I-167, and Pacific Highway are also just a few minutes away so commuting will be a breeze. We are looking for introverted, polite, quiet and respectful people to live in this house since it is a shared space. NO PETS OR COUPLES ARE ALLOWED. There are 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, shared kitchen and shared living room. Must be able to clean after yourself and be mindful of others in the house. A $800 deposit is required along with the $800 move in for the first month, be able to submit to a background/credit check, and sign a 1 year lease minimum for the room.
