Evergreen is a neighborhood on the south side of Everett, Washington, just a short drive from Everett’s downtown area and about 30 minutes north of Seattle proper. This community is situated within one mile west of Interstate 5, bounded by Madison Street on the north, State Highway 526 on the south, Hardeson Road and Sievers-Ducey Road on the west, and Evergreen Way on the east. It is part of Snohomish County, in the 98203 zip code area.
The Evergreen neighborhood is largely residential, characterized by single-family homes. The homes here vary significantly in style, size, and age, offering something for nearly every budget and lifestyle. Beverly Lake also hosts several apartment complexes and condominiums within neighborhood bounds. Evergreen could be considered pedestrian friendly, with public bus routes operating throughout much of the neighborhood. The Evergreen Middle School is also situated within neighborhood bounds, and Cascade High School is within walking distance to the east.

Additional attractions within a short drive of Evergreen include the Alderwood Mall, Everett Golf and Country Club, Forest Park, Silver Lake, and the Snohomish County Airport.
