Valley View is a neighborhood on the south side of Everett, Washington, just minutes from the downtown area and about 30 minutes north of downtown Seattle. This suburban community is located just east of the Interstate and is sometimes lumped together with the communities of Larimer Ridge and Sylvan Crest. Boundaries include 71st Street on the north, 81st Street on the south, Interstate 5 on the west, and Lowell-Larimer Road on the east. The zip code for this Snohomish County community is 98203.
