This is a beautiful, modern Mother-in-Law apartment in a turn of the century Craftsman house. This is a walk-out lower unit MIL apartment with a private rear entrance facing out to the back yard. The main living space is a great room with combined kitchen/living room space. A full-sized laundry washer/dryer is located in the unit. This unit is a separate MIL apartment in our primary residence and includes all utilities (water/sewer/garbage/electricity), as well as heat and high speed internet (you provide your own router) for a $150/month utility fee. You will also have respectful access to shared amenities of the private back yard, lower deck, and hot tub.
