I left the large screen panel, in case you have an occasional visitor, and it'll provide some privacy. I can remove it if not wanted. Note, this unit is for rent for 1 person. For 2 people, I need to screen the 2nd person, and also ask for $200 more. I just installed a brand-new bed, a new toilet, a new sleeper futon. Please do not bring your furniture without my consent. Small desk/chair/bench is ok. No pet, no smoking, no parking spot. No outdoor shoes or dirty feet on carpet. Please keep everything clean. I usually lay a bed sheet on the carpet to catch dust and stuff falling from your hands. Please respect building quiet hours: 10pm-7am. My neighbors are quiet. There's street noise.
