Renting out our beautiful one bedroom condo in downtown Ballard, Seattle. It is a great location. Across the street from the movie theatre in Ballard. One block from the best restaurants/bars/farmers market on Ballard Ave. There are so many great things within walking distance! It is a junior one bedroom. It has a separate nook for the bedroom/closet but not a door on the bedroom. There is a gym in the building and a bbq/hot tub area. There is one secured parking spot under the building for you. There is a covered balcony/deck attached to the unit. There is a concierge desk, and washer/dryer in unit. Let me know if you are interested or have any other questions. Before anyone can move into the building they must pass a background/credit screening (building rules). $1750/month plus utilities. I would require 1st and last months rent. I would also collect an $800 damage deposit that would be returned once you moved out, if everything was okay. No pets. I would like to find someone for a 12 month lease.
