It is tucked away in the South Park neighborhood, walking distance to a local park, restaurants, convenience stores, a business park, school playground, and a dance studio. It's about a 10 minute drive to groceries, and nearby cities are White Center, Tukwila, Burien, and West Seattle. There is convenient access to major highways.
