Gregory Gene Apartments

Gregory Gene is a newly renovated building conveniently located across the street from Swedish - Cherry Hill Campus, and within a short walk of Seattle University. It is one of the quieter areas of Seattle, while still being within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. We currently have three ground level units available. 1 bedroom 1 bath with plenty closet space and vinyl flooring throughout. These units are currently available for tours and is move in ready. We are also currently accepting a holding fee (the holding fee is $200 and it is fully refundable within three days of being submitted or if your application is denied. It reserves the unit for up to two weeks and gets applied to your security deposit upon move in). We have four unassigned parking spaces which are available for anyone to use, and there is plenty of free street parking on the surrounding streets. This building also features a courtyard, sitting room and additional storage units available to rent. Utilities are not included, we have a coin-op washer and dryer in the building, and we do allow small cats/dogs in the building with additional pet deposit.
