Situated on the Southeast corner of the building, the unit features views of Queen Anne and the downtown skyline. It gets a lot of natural light and has a large attached deck for outdoor enjoyment. The roomy living room and bedrooms have newer carpet. The large primary bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the entry, kitchen, and dining area. There is vinyl flooring in both bathrooms. Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and lots of cabinets. There is even a convenient, full-size washer and dryer IN THE UNIT. Locked, on-site bike storage is available at no additional cost. This is a "NO SMOKING" building. Consider these big savings! Water, Sewer and Garbage are included in the rent -- Resident will need to cover only metered electric, internet and cable TV. Up to 2 Smaller pets are welcome (no dogs over 45 pounds) with a pet deposit (25% of the monthly rent) and $35/month pet rent. Pet must be at least 1-years old, spayed/neutered, housebroken, up to date vaccinations and favorable landlord references. Pets must be screened by applying at Off street, covered parking may be possible for just $75/month.
