Uncle Bob’s Place, in Seattle’s Chinatown International District (CID), offers 126 affordable units for low-income households with incomes at less than or equal to 50% of Area Median Income. The building is named for beloved and legendary community leader, Bob Santos, who passed away in 2016, and was affectionately known as Uncle Bob to just about everyone. Our hope is that Uncle Bob’s Place will contribute to the CID’s ongoing sense of community, self-determination, stability, and vibrancy. Public art and historic installations in and on Uncle Bob’s Place will honor and educate about Uncle Bob’s life and legacy within the context of the history of the CID.
Uncle Bob's Place is located in Seattle, Washington in the 98104 zip code. This apartment community was built in 2023 and has 8 stories with 126 units.
