On the west side of the community is Broadmoor Golf Club, where members get together for meetings and leisure alike.
Next to the Broadmoor Golf Club on the west side is Washington Park Arboretum, one of the most incredible parks in all of Seattle. The beautifully designed park has numerous trails and provides an excellent opportunity for area nature lovers to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the natural side of Washington. The park is laid out to be equally beautiful during the flowering season as it is during the fall. The distribution of plants makes this garden a magnificent place to visit year-round. No upscale lakefront community would be complete without water access. To the northwest of Madison Park, located on Portage Bay, is the Seattle Yacht Club. From here, it is possible to reach numerous area waterways, including Lake Union to the west.
