Water, sewer, and all yard care is provided. The tenant is responsible for electricity, garbage, propane, and tv/internet, if desired. One small or medium sized dog is possible on a case by case basis with additional $500 security deposit and $50 per month in pet rent. First and last month's rent, $2,300 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We do not accept cosignors nor comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
