Sewer/septic is included in the rent but the tenant is responsible for all other utilities including water, electricity, and garbage. Tenants are also responsible for yard care, so please be sure you have your own equipment and time to keep the grass and weeds under control, or be willing to pay someone to do it on your behalf.
