Work from home or commute - only 40 minutes from Bellevue and under an hour to Seattle. Creek outside door with many mountain views from deck. The furnished condo has a twin bed (not pictured), sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, wing chair, and a bunk bed. Pool and sauna at complex. No smoking inside or outside of the unit please. One well-behaved dog may be permitted for an additional fee. Rent is 1499 / month. First, last + deposit/fees due at move-in. One well-behaved dog may be permitted for an additional fee. Flexible move-in dates. Choose your move-in date between mid April and mid May. Lease must end December 1. Winter housing is not available. Renter pays electric (all other utilities included).
