1. This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a house in a well established residential neighborhood within walking distance (0.5 - 1.0 miles) to many amenities. The unique "horse-shoe" layout provides wonderful privacy. There are 2 bedrooms + master bath + laundry on one side and the other side of the apartment there is 1 bedroom with it's own 3/4 bathroom. 2. The tenants in the lower apartment have been renting for ~4 years are nice and respectful. 3. To qualify, tenants must pass a Credit & Background check (paid by the applicant ~$75/applicant) 4. Street parking, while not ideal, is not all that bad. The neighbors all know each other and we all keep an eye out for everyone's vehicles. 5. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and a child.
