We have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home in the Northwest/Audubon area coming soon! This is a break lease situation. Lease is until 6/30/2025. 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom All one floor living Close to parks and shopping Basement is usable space Partially fenced backyard Gas furnace heat Rent $1,300.00 Security Deposit $1,300.00 Tenant is responsible for all utilities Dogs possible (must be at least 1 year old, not on the breed restriction list) NO Cats Once we have an approved application and the Security Deposit has been paid at our office, we will be able to complete needed maintenance and cleaning. Once our vendors have finished, we can then schedule a lease signing. First month's rent will be due at lease signing. The Security Deposit starts at $1,300.00 depending on approval. Upon approval, the Security Deposit is due at our office in Post Falls via Cashier's Check or Money Order within 24 hours of our phone call. KWI, LLC requires applicants to view a property via a showing before we will accept an application. Call today with any questions!
