Elevator building with virtual lobby door access for package delivery, guests, etc. 1 parking space in Heated, Underground Parking Garage also included in rent. Additional parking space available for $70/month. Lots of outdoor parking in the well-lit parking lot. Your kitchen is open to the living room and features a breakfast bar and patio to enjoy the outdoors. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric oven and refrigerator are included along with tons of cabinet space. Stacked washer and dryer in unit. Credit score of at least 600 preferred. 2 BEDROOM: Maximum 4 person occupancy. Total minimum take home pay/income (actual check deposit)  must be at least $4,200  per month (if 3 or more occupants $4600). Proof of car insurance also required to move in. Pets welcome with deposit and proof of vaccinations. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY and IN UNIT. Co-signers not permitted in order to meet income requirements.
